Terms of service
Last updated 21 August 2026
These terms apply when you place an order through this website. Ordering means you accept them.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment succeeds. Until then we may decline it — for example if an item has sold out, if the delivery address is outside our range, or if we cannot reach you about it.
Prices and availability shown on this site are the prices and availability at that moment and may change. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Pickup and delivery
Preparation and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic and how busy the kitchen is all affect them.
For delivery, please make sure the address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the order. If we cannot deliver because nobody is reachable, we may not be able to refund it.
Allergies and dietary information
We prepare all food in a shared kitchen where allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, fish and nuts are present. We take allergy notes seriously and pass them to the kitchen, but we cannot guarantee that any item is free from a given allergen.
If you have a severe allergy, please call the restaurant before ordering so we can talk it through with you.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Applicable Illinois sales tax is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay.
Deals and promo codes
Deals apply automatically to qualifying items. Promo codes may have a minimum order, a maximum discount, an expiry date or a usage limit, and those conditions are shown when the code is applied.
Whether a promo code can be combined with an active deal depends on that deal. If it cannot, we will tell you at the point you apply it.
We may withdraw or change any promotion at any time. Doing so never affects an order that has already been placed.
Cancellations and refunds
Call us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once preparation has started we may not be able to cancel.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us the same day and we will put it right — a replacement item or a refund, whichever suits you.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.
We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
This page is provided as a starting point for the restaurant and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it, particularly the sections covering Illinois consumer and privacy law.
